Executive Director / Head of Investor Relations — Digital Asset Infrastructure
This is a rare opportunity to own the capital markets narrative and investor ecosystem for a fast-scaling player in digital asset infrastructure. You'll operate as a true partner to the C-suite — leading investor relationships end-to-end and shaping the fundraising strategy and market credibility that will define the company's next chapter of growth.
You'll have the mandate and autonomy to build direct lines into Tier-1 VCs, institutional investors, family offices, and Wall Street decision-makers, positioning this business as a category-defining leader in next-generation financial infrastructure.
What You Own
Investor Relations Leadership — Own the IR function end-to-end: build and steward long‑term relationships with investors, board members, and key financial stakeholders across the US and Europe.
Capital Markets & Fundraising Strategy — Lead fundraising strategy, capital partner acquisition, pitch narrative, and deal execution across Tier-1 VC, PE, and institutional channels.
Investment Thesis Development — Translate complex fintech and digital asset infrastructure metrics into sharp, compelling investment narratives for institutional audiences.
Strategic Network Activation — Deploy your existing relationships across Wall Street, investment banks, and corporate finance advisory to unlock new capital and growth opportunities.
Institutional Brand Support — Partner with leadership on the company's investor‑facing brand and thought leadership presence, building visibility across top‑tier financial media, investor summits, and industry forums.
What You Bring
A track record of senior leadership in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Venture Capital — at a leading financial institution, PE/VC firm, or high‑growth tech company.
An active, high‑caliber network spanning Wall Street, Tier‑1 venture funds, institutional asset managers, family offices, and corporate venture arms across the US and Europe.
A demonstrated ability to lead investor‑facing communications and shape institutional perception at scale.
Bonus: familiarity with banking partner networks, corporate treasury, cross‑border payments, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure.
A strong academic foundation — bachelor's degree from a top global university; MBA, CFA, or advanced Finance/Economics credentials a strong plus.
