Job description
WesBanco seeks an SVP/Director of IT Governance to lead the enterprise IT GRC program, aligning risk posture with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite. You will liaise across Technology, Risk, Audit, and executives, communicating complex risk themes to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Board-level committees.
You will oversee governance, policy hierarchy, and controls, with focus on AI governance, third-party risk, and regulatory examinations.
