Job description
Synergy Family Services seeks an Information Technology and Quality Assurance Director to provide strategic oversight of QA, IT, data governance, and reporting. You will lead the QA Manager and oversee IT governance to ensure reliable systems, accurate reporting, and audit readiness across the agency.
You will collaborate with departments on data governance, technology strategy, and compliance, validating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
