Redwood Living, Inc. in Columbus Market, OH, seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisitions to lead regional land purchase strategy and coordinate with Acquisitions and senior leadership.
You will guide market strategy, deal structuring, LOIs, and municipal approvals while ensuring alignment with company growth and risk management.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in land development or acquisitions, 10+ years' experience, and advanced certification (AICP); travel up to 20%.
