Job description
Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a senior land development leader to guide entitlement through construction and turnover of residential communities.
You will oversee planning, budgets, and schedules while aligning multiple projects with divisional goals. Lead a team of Land Managers and technical staff, manage regulatory reviews, and coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
