Job description
Lendmarq Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead our legal function and partner with executive leadership. You will manage the legal portfolio, negotiate significant agreements, advise on corporate strategy, and ensure robust governance across the firm.
Key responsibilities include negotiating MLPA and warehouse line agreements, reviewing deal structures, advising on licensing and compliance, and leading outside counsel on complex matters.
