Job description
Fenwick & West LLP is seeking a Director of Legal Recruiting to oversee attorney recruiting firmwide, including lateral associates and summer programs. The role partners with Hiring Partners and Legal Personnel to drive recruiting strategy, market intelligence, and AI-enabled sourcing.
This hybrid, full-time position supports offices nationwide with 2–3 days in-office weekly. You will lead end-to-end processes, manage relationships with search firms, and champion innovative recruiting practices
