Job description
Rillet is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to build and lead the company’s in-house legal function in San Francisco or New York. You will partner with executive leadership to shape strategy, negotiate critical agreements, and ensure privacy and compliance as the business scales globally.
You will own corporate governance and equity administration while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and People teams to reduce risk and enable rapid growth in a fast-moving, AI-driven software company.
