Lead mergers & acquisitions and corporate development at Labs — evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and integrating the deals that expand the Frontier Intelligences, in partnership with Labsacquire.

Own M&A strategy, valuation, structuring, and negotiation
Run diligence and shepherd deals to close with the founders
Lead post-close integration into the Labs ecosystem
Partner with Labsacquire and Labs Investor Group on the pipeline
