Job description
The Trustees is seeking a Vice President of Development in Boston to lead fundraising for a transformative campaign and day-to-day donor strategies. You will drive apparel to pursue major gifts, manage a high-performing team, and translate strategic priorities into donor-centered opportunities across Massachusetts.
This is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to the Chief Development Officer, with a focus on sustaining mission impact and advancing the organization’s statewide work.
