Job description
Plug is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a two-sided growth engine in Santa Monica, balancing consumer vehicle acquisition and dealer demand. You will report to the CEO and help build a world-class, AI-native marketing operating system that scales with the company.
As a hands-on leader, you will grow and coach the marketing team, partnering across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance to drive measurable growth and a durable competitive advantage.
