Job description
Index Industries is a venture-backed startup building the financial infrastructure for a new era of real estate investing—opening one of the world’s largest asset classes to investors globally. The company is currently in stealth and launching its first product in 2026.
What You'll Do
Own the company’s marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, campaigns, and investor-facing initiatives.
Help shape broader go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO, Head of Partnerships, and product team.
Develop positioning and messaging that makes sophisticated financial products simple, compelling, and credible.
Build a globally recognized and trusted financial brand, adapting strategy across markets while maintaining a consistent identity.
Lead marketing around product launches, partnerships, and major company milestones.
Institutional & Investor Marketing
Build marketing strategies for institutional and accredited investors, including allocators, investment advisors, family offices, and financial advisors.
Develop institutional-grade materials and thought leadership, including market commentary, research, case studies, and briefs.
Tailor messaging and campaigns to different investor audiences and markets.
Brand, Product & Growth
Own product marketing, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and launch strategy.
Own the company’s public presence across its website, social channels, and industry press.
Develop and test new channels, content, and campaigns to grow awareness and adoption.
Partner with the Head of Partnerships on distribution and partner-facing campaigns.
Own the marketing budget and measure performance, continuously reallocating resources toward what works.
Manage agencies, freelancers, and other external marketing partners as needed.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of marketing experience, ideally across financial services, investing, real estate, fintech, consumer finance, or blockchain.
Experience owning marketing strategy and contributing meaningfully to broader go-to-market strategy.
Strong understanding of financial products and investor audiences, from sophisticated institutions to broader investors.
Experience marketing financial or technology products to global audiences and adapting strategy across markets.
Track record of building brands, launching products, and driving measurable growth.
Exceptional storyteller who can turn complex financial and technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
Strategic and analytical, but highly execution-oriented and comfortable building from the ground up in an early-stage company.
Bonus Skills
Relationships with institutional investors, advisors, family offices, or real estate capital markets professionals.
Experience taking a financial or technology product from an early adopter audience to a broader market.
Experience building a recognizable consumer or investment brand.
Background or genuine interest in blockchain and on-chain finance.
