Tijerina Legal Group PC is seeking a performance-driven Head of Marketing to own media strategy, investment, and acquisition economics for a high-growth personal injury practice. You will lead online/offline media, TV/streaming, and call-center integration, building planning, reporting, and team standards to drive nine-figure revenue.
The role requires 8+ years of marketing leadership, direct ownership of large paid-media budgets, and ability to defend CPA-driven decisions.
