About RITE
RITE is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand built around high-quality, community-driven experiences. Across our studios in Antwerp, Brasschaat, Ghent, Mechelen and Latem, we combine Reformer Pilates, BIKE, HIIT, Open Gym and Wellbeing with a strong focus on design, hospitality and brand.
As we continue to expand into new cities and concepts, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help shape the next phase of RITE’s growth.
HEAD OF MARKETING
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will lead RITE’s marketing strategy from brand awareness and acquisition to conversion, retention and community.
You’ll manage a team of two marketeers and work closely with our founders, operations and studio teams. This is a senior but highly hands-on role: you’ll define the strategy, set priorities and make sure great ideas turn into impactful campaigns and measurable business results.
Your Key Tasks
Own RITE’s overall marketing, brand and growth strategy.
Lead and develop a team of two marketeers.
Drive acquisition, conversion, retention and membership growth.
Own brand positioning, creative direction, content and social media.
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing.
Define pricing, promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
Support new studio launches and market expansion.
Develop partnerships, B2B opportunities, events and community activations.
Manage the marketing budget, agencies, freelancers and external partners.
Define and monitor key marketing KPIs and continuously optimise performance.
What We’re Looking For
You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and commercial awareness.
You Have:
8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a fast-growing consumer, lifestyle, fitness, hospitality or retail brand.
Experience managing and developing a team.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM and customer acquisition.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
An excellent eye for brand, design and content.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Dutch and English.
Experience working with agencies, creators, freelancers and partners.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle and community.
A base in or around Antwerp, with flexibility to work across RITE locations.
Most importantly, you are hands-on. You don’t just create marketing plans, you make them happen.
