Job description
BMI is seeking an Executive Director, Matching Services in Nashville for a hybrid role. You will lead strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of BMI’s matching services to accurately identify and match musical works and usage data for clients.
You’ll drive improvements in match rates, data integrity, and royalty outcomes through automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while shaping scalable, data-driven processes for current needs and future growth.
