Job description

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Director of Meat to lead multi-year strategy and full P&L for the Meat portfolio. You will shape assortment, pricing frameworks, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional execution.

You’ll develop a high-performing merchandising team, drive growth in sales and margins, and ensure quality standards and animal welfare across the supply chain. This role reports to the VP, Meat & Seafood and requires proven leadership in a retail environment.
