Job description
Pylon is building software-driven mortgage processing at scale in the United States. As Head of Processing, you will own the operating model, exceptions, controls, and domain knowledge to help Product and Engineering automate more work safely and accurately over time.
You will lead processing strategy during high-volume mortgage cycles, partnering with Account Management, Underwriting, Product, and Engineering to drive measurable improvements in throughput and quality.
