Job description
Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure seeks a Food & Beverage Director to guide the F&B department across three restaurants, multiple outlets, and large events. You will partner with the Executive Chef on menus, maintain high safety standards, and ensure inventory control and guest satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in F&B management with P&L responsibility in a resort or member-based setting, plus strong leadership and budgeting skills.
