Job description
BNY is seeking a Director to lead the Payments Investigations team in North America, based in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA. You will drive strategy, scale operations, and elevate client outcomes through data-driven decisions, AI-enabled processes, and strong governance across the U.S. and Canada.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in payments operations within a large bank, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable KPI improvements in complex, high-volume environments.
