Job description
Icon Protection is seeking a Vice President of Pro Sales to lead nationwide pro/trade channel strategy and drive profitable revenue through distributor partnerships. You will own channel performance, build executive relationships, coach a team of ~8 direct reports within a 25-person sales organization, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance.
This leadership role requires travel 50–75% and a track record in construction/industrial distribution.
