Job description
Oscar Health is seeking a Head of Network Recruiting to lead strategic provider sourcing for its Provider Network team in New York. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for non-anchor practitioners, ECPs, and FQHCs, aligning with regulatory requirements and growth plans.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with three in-office days per week.
