Job description

Colts-Manufacturing-Company-LLC in Connecticut seeks a Director, Product Development & Industrialization to lead new firearm platforms from concept to full-rate production. This role blends advanced design with hands-on manufacturing readiness, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.

You will develop CAD models, perform FEA, ensure DFM/DFA, establish tooling, process controls, and launch criteria while mentoring engineers.
