Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Director of Operations for North America Workplace Experience & Hospitality. The role oversees Welcome & Reception, Meetings & Events, Workplace Ambassadors, and Front-of-House across the client portfolio, serving as a strategic operational partner to client leadership.
