Job description
The IMA Group seeks a Director of Occupational Health Services to own the performance, growth, and development of its Occupational Health operations. This autonomous leader will serve as the subject matter expert and drive scalable processes, staffing, and service delivery across multiple sites.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead client implementations, pricing decisions, and performance reporting, while ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, and contractual compliance. Up to 20% travel is expected.
