Job description
United States Polo Association seeks a Director – Rules & Officiating to lead officiating standards for USPA-sanctioned polo events. The role combines polo officiating expertise with performance management, integrating video analysis and data-driven evaluation to support umpire development and consistent rule application.
The position is fully remote with extensive domestic and international travel, and requires on-site presence in Wellington, FL during the February–April season.
