Job description
Vero HR Ltd has partnered to recruit a Head of Operations for an established, internationally focused science and manufacturing SME. The role reports to the Managing Director and combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of finance, HR, and operations to drive profitable growth and sustainable performance.
Key responsibilities include financial planning, multi‑currency trading, payroll, HR processes, and internal controls, alongside facilities, procurement and IT system improvements.
