Job description
The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Director of Operations, Culture and Engagement in Colorado to lead organizational effectiveness and employee engagement for a 70+ staff unit. You will oversee a $2M+ budget, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and drive multi-year strategic plans across functions.
You will partner with Finance, HR, Conservation, and External Affairs to deliver integrated initiatives and strengthen culture and operational excellence within the Colorado Business Unit.
