Job description
GrassRoots Functional Medicine in the Upper Valley seeks a Head of Operations & Growth to own how the practice runs and expands. This build role works directly with the owner to shape systems, patient experience, team structure, technology, and growth strategy.
You'll identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and shepherd projects to completion, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows, automation, and data-driven decision making. Remote/hybrid not available; on-site in West Lebanon, NH.
