Job description
PopStroke in Las Vegas is seeking an Operating Partner to manage daily restaurant and golf operations, including staff development, inventory, and profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
You will report to the VP of US Operations and lead 80+ employees per shift, coordinating food, beverage, and golf services with a hands-on, ownership mindset. Must be ServSafe certified and uphold all guidelines.
