Job description
Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations in Syracuse, NY to lead manufacturing, planning, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply chain while driving Lean initiatives.
You will partner with senior leadership to shape operational strategy, develop supervisors, improve productivity, throughput, and on-time delivery, and build a culture of accountability across the plant floor.
