Job description
MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER- onsite Hobson Associates is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production, assembly, purchasing, planning, and logistics.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Lead supervisors and develop operational teams.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, and accountability.
Manage production schedules and resolve quality issues.
Work directly with senior leadership and UK-based ownership.
Ideal Candidate: Proven manufacturing leadership experience, strong operational and Lean expertise, and a hands-on management style.
