Job description
The Ultra-Met Company is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage all hands-on operational procedures across Manufacturing, Material Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, On-Time Delivery, Quality Standards and Safety.
Reporting to the President, you will drive growth through strong leadership, effective controls, and robust reporting, ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency while guiding policy and strategic direction for the organization.
