Job description

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company in Italy seeks a hands-on Head of Operations – Multi-Branch Restaurants to lead a growing multi-location food-service business.

You will report to the CEO and guide Area Managers, Branch Managers, and shift leaders to drive execution, accountability, profitability, and scalable systems. This role blends restaurant operations with sales growth, business development, and new service opportunities.
