Job description
Sokin Head of Operations - North America will lead the regional Operations team and partner with compliance, product and tech to optimize processes and support growth in a fast-growing fintech.
You will manage payments processing, onboarding and support experiences, ensure regulatory reporting, and drive AI-enabled efficiencies across operations in North America. A track record in payments/fintech operations and leadership is essential.
