Job description
The Grove CLT in Charlotte is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to own day-to-day execution, labor cost control, and the playbook for seamless expansion. You report to the Founder/CEO and will translate ideas into finished results, including opening new locations and managing staffing and safety standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people skills, a data-driven approach, and a commitment to a hospitality-focused, purpose-driven business.
