Job description
Charter Steel seeks an experienced senior leader to unify Operations Technology, Automation and Controls across seven facilities. You will translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap, connect plants to the technical organization, and drive measurable improvements in manufacturing performance.
You''ll build governance, establish KPIs and rhythms, and lead a four-manager, ~40-employee team to deliver run-state reliability while enabling long-term growth and digital transformation.
