Job description
Pearl Talent in the United States is seeking a Director of Sales to own the outbound revenue engine from strategy to execution. This role blends enterprise sales, outbound strategy, leadership, and operations, with personal closing of high-value opportunities and building scalable outbound campaigns.
You will hire and develop SDRs, align founder-led relationship selling with outbound prospecting, and drive Pearl toward multi‑million ARR growth while partnering with leadership.
