Job description
Kate Spade New York, a part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a senior merchandising leader to own the handbag and small leather goods assortment strategy for Outlet and related categories. You will craft brand-right product selections, drive margin-friendly costing, and partner across Design, Product Development, GMP and business units to align with brand goals.
You will analyze weekly sales, identify opportunities for growth, and mentor a team to deliver against key objectives.
