Job description
Baton Corporation is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing & Acquisition to build and run our paid growth engine from the ground up. You’ll own the strategy, channels, daily budgets, the creative testing, the team, and the compliance guardrails that let us move fast without moving recklessly.
This is a hands-on, builder role, not a "manage an agency and review decks" job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and creative while building the team underneath you as we scale.
