Job description
Sociallyin, Atlanta-based with a remote-friendly setup, seeks a Director of Paid Social to own and grow the paid media department. You’ll lead a 5-person team, drive performance across 30+ clients, and shape cross-platform strategy from Meta to YouTube.
Reporting to founders, you’ll build repeatable systems, playbooks, and hiring processes to scale the department while expanding into larger, more complex accounts. Strong client communication and AI curiosity are essential.
