A leading building products manufacturer in Vernon, California, is seeking a Vice President to oversee operations of its paper division and gypsum technical services. The candidate will drive strategic initiatives focusing on operational excellence and talent development. Applicants should have 10–15+ years of manufacturing experience and strong leadership skills. This executive role offers a salary range of $220,000 - $280,000 and reports directly to the Subsidiary President. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes is essential.
