Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior leader to oversee Patient Financial Services across hospital and physician billing. The role sets strategic direction, partners with SVP Revenue Cycle, and tracks KPIs, performance, and regulatory changes to maximize net revenue.
You will direct claim submission, A/R follow-up, cash posting, denial management, and patient collections, while driving process improvements, analytics, and talent development in a large, multi-site health system.
