Job description
Elizabeth Seton Children’s is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership in managing operational departments at their pediatric rehabilitation and long-term care facility. The role requires oversight of all operational functions while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care for over 169 residents.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in health care administration and a valid NYS Nursing Home Administrator License, along with a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience. This full-time position is critical for driving the organization’s mission in delivering exceptional care.
