Autonomize AI is transforming healthcare by enabling AI-powered workflows across the enterprise. We seek a senior People leader to partner with the CEO and executives to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational design as we scale from startup to enduring company.
You will coach executives, design scalable people systems, and drive culture across U.S. and India teams, building dashboards to help leaders make data-driven decisions.
