Job description
Tin Can in Seattle is seeking a Head of People to shape and scale our employee experience as we grow. You’ll own the full lifecycle, design compensation frameworks, and build a trusted People function that supports rapid growth with creativity and care.
You’ll partner with the CEO and leadership team, implement scalable HR processes, and lead a small team as we expand across states and our first international steps. This hands-on, strategic role places people at the center of our growth.
