Job description
Carroll School is seeking a Head of People & Culture to join the Senior Leadership Team and ensure the school has the human capacity to support its mission and growth. This predominantly on-campus role works across multiple campuses to build trust, align people initiatives, and sustain a high-performing workplace culture.
