Job description
Jobot is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Raleigh, NC to lead a four-person HR team and partner with executive leadership on scalable people strategies. This role will strengthen people operations, develop processes, and support the company as it grows from a founder-led startup to a mid-sized organization.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience in growth environments and can drive accountability while preserving the entrepreneurial culture.
