Job description
Fieldguide is building the AI platform for audit and advisory firms. As Head of Platform Engineering, you will own the systems powering Fieldguide’s product, agents, and enterprise deployments.
You will lead the Platform org across App Platform, Agentic Engineering, Infrastructure, and Site Reliability. This hands-on leadership role combines engineering leadership, platform product thinking, and operational rigor.
