Job description
AIC is seeking a Head of Business Development to elevate BD across its portfolio, shaping strategy, processes, and standards. You will collaborate with Operating Partners and each portfolio company’s salesforce to grow revenue with the DOD and other customers.
You will lead portfolio-wide BD playbooks, coach teams, and drive multi-company opportunities, including cross-portfolio bids and capture efforts. This role is onsite in Brooklyn or El Segundo with heavy travel.
