Job description
Braintrust is seeking a Head of Technical Solutions to build and lead its post-sales function, spanning Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Enablement. You will own post-sales strategy, drive GRR/NDR, and scale a high-performing team to onboard customers, deliver value, and secure renewals.
You will personally scope engagements early on, craft Statements of Work, and lead delivery for strategic accounts, while transitioning into coaching as the function grows.
